Provider figures

These come from the factsheet, the PRIIPs KID or the monthly report. They may relate to a different reference date, a different share class or a longer period than the series above — the series starts with the first documented unit price, not necessarily with the launch. That is why the values sometimes differ.

How the performance fee works

Referred to in the factsheet as an 'INCENTIVE FEE': 12.5 %, above a 5 % hurdle, with high-water mark and 100 % catch-up, annual crystallisation. The KID lists it as 'performance fees' under 'Additional costs under certain conditions'

05Redemption & liquidity

Semi-liquid means redemption only on fixed dates, with notice periods and upper limits. This is how it works for this fund — in the order the redemption process runs.

Units can be redeemed quarterly; notice must be given 30 days before the date; on each date the fund redeems at most 5 % of fund assets; for the first 24 months after subscription no redemption is possible.

1 · Lock-up24 months from subscription
2 · Notice period30 days before the date
3 · Redemption datequarterly
4 · Gatemax. 5 % per date
5 · Payout45 days after the date

The gate caps redemptions at 5 % of fund assets per date. If more investors want out at the same time, orders are scaled back pro rata or deferred to the next date.

From the notice being received to the money reaching your account: typically around 75 to 167 days — depending on how far away the next redemption date is. If the gate bites or redemptions are suspended, it can take considerably longer.

Redemption per the document

Quarterly: after the end of the ramp-up phase (which ends three months after the initial subscription date), redemption as at the last calendar day of each calendar quarter

Source: KID_LU3078537365_RA-EUR, 'How long should I hold it'; Factsheet Term Sheet

Gate per the document

5 % of aggregate NAV per calendar quarter: KID 'The aggregate net asset value of the permitted redemptions in the sub-fund is, unless waived in accordance with the prospectus, generally limited to 5 % per calendar quarter.' Factsheet: 'Quarterly liquidity, up to 5% of aggregate NAV per quarter; If 5% cap is hit, investors are redeemed on a pro-rata basis.' NEW: two redemption forms – Form A (without participation in the Exceptional Liquidity Program): redemptions not executed are carried forward to the following quarter at NAV. Form B (participation in the Exceptional Liquidity Program): redemptions not executed above the 5 % cap can only be met where there are subscription inflows – they are then matched pro rata against subscriptions and executed at NAV, with a PENALTY FEE OF 10 % payable to the fund; without subscription inflows they are carried forward to the following quarter.

Notice period

At least 30 calendar days: KID 'by submitting a redemption application to the central administration agent at least 30 calendar days in advance'; factsheet 'REDEMPTION CUT-OFF: 5 p.m. Central European Time at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the Redemption Day'.

Lock-up

No hard minimum holding period, but a soft lock: 5 % redemption charge on redemption within 24 months of subscription. In addition a ramp-up phase of 3 months from the initial subscription date, during which no redemption is possible

Fee layers / double charging

Master/aggregator structure: the ELTIF (K-Series SCA-SICAV) invests via a KIF aggregator in the KKR infrastructure strategy; management fee and performance participation are measured at aggregator/master level. At the level of the ELTIF feeder, class-specific distribution/servicing costs are added (retail class N1A: 3.93 % total administrative costs against a 1.25 % base management fee – a difference of around 2.7 percentage points from distribution, administrative and indirect costs). In addition, KIF makes primary commitments and secondary purchases in KKR infrastructure funds; further fees may be incurred at this target-fund level (offsetting: not documented)

All figures come from our analysis of provider documents (product data as at 19 Aug 2026, distribution data as at 12 Aug 2026) and have not been conclusively verified.
