Provider figures

These come from the factsheet, the PRIIPs KID or the monthly report. They may relate to a different reference date, a different share class or a longer period than the series above — the series starts with the first documented unit price, not necessarily with the launch. That is why the values sometimes differ.

03Costs

The basis is the PRIIPs KID of the share class we track — which makes it comparable across providers.

Management fee1.50%
Total ongoing costsnot documented
Entry charge max.0.00%
Redemption feenot documented
Performance fee0.00%
Hurdle ratenot documented
High-water marknot documented

How the performance fee works

No performance fee accrues at fund level, hence neither a hurdle nor a high-water mark nor crystallisation. At the level of the target investments a deal- or fund-specific carry of around 12 % on average applies (range 10-20 % of net profit); the specific arrangements vary by target investment and are not documented in aggregate. This second level does not appear as a performance fee item in the KID but reduces the net return.

Costs per the key information document

A PRIIPs KID with a complete cost breakdown for LU2582103797 was not freely available = ongoing costs not documented. The strategy documents yield the following indicative cost calculation: around 1.50 % management fee + around 0.20 % 'assumed expenses' at fund level, PLUS around 12 % blended carried interest at the level of the underlying investments. The operating costs of the target investments are stated as typically 0.50–2.00 % p.a. and their carried interest as typically 10–20 % of net profit. A disclosed annual total cost impact (reduction in yield) is not documented

05Redemption & liquidity

Semi-liquid means redemption only on fixed dates, with notice periods and upper limits. This is how it works for this fund — in the order the redemption process runs.

Units can be redeemed monthly; on each date the fund redeems at most 5 % of fund assets.

1 · Lock-upnot documented
2 · Notice periodunknown
3 · Redemption datemonthly
4 · Gatemax. 5 % per date
5 · Payoutnot documented

The gate caps redemptions at 5 % of fund assets per date. If more investors want out at the same time, orders are scaled back pro rata or deferred to the next date.

Redemption per the document

General prospectus statement: 'where a Sub-Fund offers redemptions, these are expected to be offered on a monthly or quarterly basis (as applicable for each Sub-Fund)'; redemptions may be subject to gates, redemption charges ('redemption charges/deductions'), lock-up periods and further conditions (sections 9 'Redemption and Withdrawal' and 12 'Suspension of the Calculation of the Net Asset Value')

Fee layers / double charging

CLASSIC FEEDER/AGGREGATOR STRUCTURE WITH TWO LEVELS – and the only fund on the list where the second level is quantified by the provider itself. (1) LUXEMBOURG LEVEL: Apollo Aligned Alternatives – Lux (sub-fund of Apollo Private Markets SICAV) with a 1.50 % p.a. management fee (Class I1) plus around 0.20 % operating costs, no performance fee. The structure runs via the 'APOLLO ALIGNED ALTERNATIVES LUX AGGREGATOR, L.P.' (LEI 254900Q586XKNGTSVN34) into the master 'Apollo Aligned Alternatives, L.P.' (LEI 549300XDPJYGWWZ3HH85). (2) MASTER/TARGET-INVESTMENT LEVEL: operating costs typically 0.50–2.00 % p.a. plus a BLENDED CARRIED INTEREST OF AROUND 12 % across all underlying investments (range 10–20 % of net profit). TOTAL BURDEN: around 1.7 % p.a. ongoing at feeder level plus the costs of the target investments plus around 12 % profit participation – the 'performance fee 0 %' at fund level is therefore misleading if one does not see through the structure. A fee rebate/waiver between feeder and master is not documented = n/a

All figures come from our analysis of provider documents (product data as at 19 Aug 2026, distribution data as at 12 Aug 2026) and have not been conclusively verified.
