QIAIF Multi-Asset Ireland Secondaries Co-Investments Primaries / Target Funds
Unit price (NAV) in GBP · share class I GBP · 12 data points
Returns calculated by semiliquid.info from the NAV series, not an official provider figure. Taxes and the trading costs of reinvestment are not taken into account. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
These come from the factsheet, the PRIIPs KID or the monthly report. They may relate to a different reference date, a different share class or a longer period than the series above — the series starts with the first documented unit price, not necessarily with the launch. That is why the values sometimes differ.

PRONOUNCED FUND OF FUNDS – the second fee layer dominates. The implementation structure according to the factsheet (31 Mar 2026, 'Sector breakdown' = form of implementation): PRIMARY 79.4 %, CO-INVESTMENTS 12.0 %, SECONDARY 8.6 %. Almost four fifths of the portfolio are therefore primary subscriptions to target funds, on which the full management fees (typically 1.5–2.0 %) and the carried interest (typically 20 % above an 8 % preferred return) of the target-fund managers accrue – IN ADDITION to the abrdn AMC of 0.85 % (Class I) or 1.80 % (Class A). The top 10 holdings are correspondingly almost all target funds: SL Capital Infrastructure I LP 21.6 % (primary, a group-owned abrdn/Standard Life Capital vehicle), US Venture 1/2/3 at 5.2/4.5/5.1 % respectively (primary), HighVista Venture Capital XI and XII (Offshore) LP 5.0 % and 3.8 % (primary), Action 4.8 % (co-investment), Patria NASF I A LP 4.7 % (secondary), Baring Asia PE VII 3.7 % (primary), Nova Infrastructure Fund I 3.6 % (primary) – together 62.0 % of NAV. PARTICULARLY RELEVANT: by far the largest position (SL Capital Infrastructure I LP, 21.6 %) is an IN-HOUSE abrdn vehicle – here the classic double-fee risk arises. A fee rebate/waiver arrangement for group-owned target funds is NOT mentioned in the factsheet. Asset classes: private equity, infrastructure, real estate, natural resources, private credit. AIFM: Carne Global Fund Managers (Ireland) Limited; investment manager: abrdn Investments Limited; fund manager Nalaka De Silva; depositary BNY Dublin
