Provider figures

These come from the factsheet, the PRIIPs KID or the monthly report. They may relate to a different reference date, a different share class or a longer period than the series above — the series starts with the first documented unit price, not necessarily with the launch. That is why the values sometimes differ.

05Redemption & liquidity

Semi-liquid means redemption only on fixed dates, with notice periods and upper limits. This is how it works for this fund — in the order the redemption process runs.

Units can be redeemed quarterly; notice must be given 90 days before the date; on each date the fund redeems at most 5 % of fund assets.

1 · Lock-upnone
2 · Notice period90 days before the date
3 · Redemption datequarterly
4 · Gatemax. 5 % per date
5 · Payoutnot documented

The gate caps redemptions at 5 % of fund assets per date. If more investors want out at the same time, orders are scaled back pro rata or deferred to the next date.

Gate per the document

'Net redemptions on a dealing day are limited to 33.3 % of the assets eligible for UCITS or 5 % of the fund's net asset value, whichever is the lower. Where redemption requests exceed this limit, they are processed on a pro-rata basis.' Abbreviated in the section 'How long should I hold it': 'Net redemptions on any dealing day may not exceed 5 % of the fund's net asset value.'

Notice period

Redemption: 90 days before the relevant dealing day ('the dealing cut-off for redemptions is 90 days before the relevant dealing day'). The KID does not state a period for subscriptions (the T-15 figure recorded to date cannot be substantiated here)

Source: KID_LU2487013158_IE-Acc-EUR_2026-03-02

Lock-up

No fixed minimum holding period in the KID; a de facto soft lock arises solely from the redemption fee of up to 5 % at the directors' discretion

Fee layers / double charging

MULTI-LEVEL. The fund implements its exposure via (a) PRIMARY COMMITMENTS to private equity target funds, (b) SECONDARY INTERESTS in private equity funds and (c) direct/co-investments in unlisted companies, supplemented by a minority allocation to UCITS-eligible equity and bond funds for liquidity management. At levels (a) and (b), management fees and carried interest of the respective GPs arise in addition; the liquidity allocation to UCITS funds creates a further (small) fee level. That explains the discrepancy between 2.58 % ongoing costs and 5.1 % annual total cost impact. Investment limits: at least 55 % ELTIF private equity, max. 45 % UCITS assets, max. 20 % per portfolio company/fund/issuer

All figures come from our analysis of provider documents (product data as at 19 Aug 2026, distribution data as at 12 Aug 2026) and have not been conclusively verified.
