Provider figures

These come from the factsheet, the PRIIPs KID or the monthly report. They may relate to a different reference date, a different share class or a longer period than the series above — the series starts with the first documented unit price, not necessarily with the launch. That is why the values sometimes differ.

This fund
2.09%
Median Private Equity
2.53%

Median across 31 funds in this asset class in our database, based on the PRIIPs KID. No statement about quality — cost structures differ depending on the strategy and on target-fund layers.

How the performance fee works

Hurdle rate 8.00 % p.a.: carried interest arises only on returns above acquisition cost PLUS an 8 % annual hurdle. Measurement level (whole-fund vs deal-by-deal): not expressly documented; the wording 'above acquisition cost plus an 8 % annual hurdle' and the analogy with the sister fund LIQID PRIVATE EQUITY NXT (same portfolio manager NB Alternatives Advisers, where it is expressly per transaction) point to a TRANSACTION-BASED (deal-by-deal) calculation - not conclusively documented. Catch-up: not documented. High-water mark: not documented (not disclosed). Crystallisation: not documented. Total return vs realised gains: not documented

Costs per the key information document

Class A: 2.09 % p.a. management/operating costs + 0.09 % transaction costs; total cost impact 4.1 % p.a. for a 5-year holding period (5.6 % for 1 year)

05Redemption & liquidity

Semi-liquid means redemption only on fixed dates, with notice periods and upper limits. This is how it works for this fund — in the order the redemption process runs.

Units can be redeemed quarterly; notice must be given 90 days before the date; on each date the fund redeems at most 5 % of fund assets; for the first 24 months after subscription no redemption is possible.

1 · Lock-up24 months from subscription
2 · Notice period90 days before the date
3 · Redemption datequarterly
4 · Gatemax. 5 % per date
5 · Payout18 days after the date

The gate caps redemptions at 5 % of fund assets per date. If more investors want out at the same time, orders are scaled back pro rata or deferred to the next date.

From the notice being received to the money reaching your account: typically around 108 to 200 days — depending on how far away the next redemption date is. If the gate bites or redemptions are suspended, it can take considerably longer.

Redemption per the document

Quarterly

Gate per the document

5 % of NAV per quarter (aggregate net redemptions across all share classes, measured against the NAV at the end of the preceding quarter); scaled back pro rata where exceeded; further restrictions possible

Notice period

At least 90 calendar days before the relevant redemption date

Lock-up

Ramp-up phase of 2 years from the first subscription closing with no redemption option; extension by up to 1 year or early termination possible

The score measures only the contractual redemption mechanics (the higher, the more flexible) — not whether the fund actually stays liquid under stress. Weightings in per cent.

Fee layers / double charging

PREDOMINANTLY SINGLE-LEVEL: The fund makes DIRECT PRIVATE EQUITY CO-INVESTMENTS in Europe, North America, Asia and Latin America - it therefore does not invest in target funds, so the classic fund-of-funds double charging does not arise. The co-investments are made alongside PE sponsors, which may charge their own fees at deal level; in NB co-investment programmes co-investments are usually 'no fee / no carry' at sponsor level, but this is not confirmed in the material available - n/a

All figures come from our analysis of provider documents (product data as at 19 Aug 2026, distribution data as at 12 Aug 2026) and have not been conclusively verified.
