M&G InvestmentsLU2600129592Class P
The M&G ELTIF manages the full corporate-credit spectrum — liquid syndicated loans and high yield alongside illiquid direct lending — in a flexible mandate, as a first-generation ELTIF, launched in 2023, and with over a billion in assets one of Europe's large credit ELTIFs.
Monthly subscription and redemption with roughly one quarter's notice; the gate per monthly dealing date is set tighter than the quarterly standard, but there is neither a minimum holding period nor an exit fee. The high liquid portfolio share carries the redemption capacity.
Subscription from EUR 25,000 for retail investors with ELTIF knowledge and professional investors, recommended holding period ten years; registered in sixteen countries, including Germany.
One of the cheapest and most flexible credit ELTIFs — the blend of liquid and private credit delivers the liquidity others must enforce through penalty fees. The ELTIF 1.0 wrapper is a relic the fund puts to productive use.
