Unit price (NAV) in EUR · share class A · 23 data points
Returns calculated by semiliquid.info from the NAV series, not an official provider figure. Taxes and the trading costs of reinvestment are not taken into account. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
These come from the factsheet, the PRIIPs KID or the monthly report. They may relate to a different reference date, a different share class or a longer period than the series above — the series starts with the first documented unit price, not necessarily with the launch. That is why the values sometimes differ.
Target return per the provider: No target return in the KID; investment objective 'attractive risk-adjusted returns from long-term investments'. PRIIPs scenarios class A (EUR 10,000): after 1 year stress -39.49 % (EUR 6,051) / unfavourable -14.40 % (EUR 8,560) / moderate +0.50 % (EUR 10,050) / favourable +18.30 % (EUR 11,830); after 5 years stress -11.95 % (EUR 5,293) / unfavourable +0.94 % (EUR 10,480) / moderate +5.19 % p.a. (EUR 12,880) / favourable +7.70 % p.a. (EUR 14,490). KID note: 8.49 % before costs and 5.07 % after costs over the recommended holding period.

How you get into the fund, and on what terms.
Possible on every valuation day; prospectus: subscription applications must be received in writing by the registrar and transfer agent or by an authorised distributor by the subscription deadline. Retail investors may cancel their subscription within two weeks of signing the original subscription application
Semi-liquid means redemption only on fixed dates, with notice periods and upper limits. This is how it works for this fund — in the order the redemption process runs.
Units can be redeemed monthly; notice must be given 360 days before the date; for the first 12 months after subscription no redemption is possible.
From the notice being received to the money reaching your account: typically around 370 to 401 days — depending on how far away the next redemption date is. If the gate bites or redemptions are suspended, it can take considerably longer.
Monthly: 'It is possible to announce the redemption of units on any valuation day with a notice period of twelve months and to redeem the units on each redemption date, which is the last bank business day of a calendar month.' NEW: first notice date 30 Dec 2026 (for both share classes)
Two-stage: (a) 'restriction in volume terms of all redemptions to an amount equal to 50 % of the fund's liquidity freely available at short notice on the relevant valuation day'; (b) 'suspension of redemption in the event of exceptional events and of redemption requests amounting to more than 40 % of the minimum liquidity reserve on a valuation day'. The prospectus specifies: 'available liquidity' = liquid assets less liabilities, provisions, payment obligations and the minimum liquidity reserve; the minimum liquidity reserve is to amount to at least 5 % of the net asset value (none has to be formed until the first possible unit redemption and it may be undershot at the discretion of the management company).
At least 12 months: 'The redemption request must be submitted by way of an irrevocable redemption declaration to your custodian bank with a notice period of at least twelve months before the relevant redemption date.' The prospectus specifies the cut-off: receipt by the registrar and transfer agent 'on the last bank business day of a calendar month by 16:00 Central European Time at least twelve (12) months before the relevant redemption date'
'Expiry of one year since the date of establishment of the fund, unless an earlier date has been communicated by the management company' (establishment 2 Dec 2025). Semi-annual report: 'No redemptions are possible in the first year after the date of establishment of the fund'; first notice date 30 Dec 2026. Combined with the 12-month notice period, the earliest redemption date is therefore the end of 2027. KID: 'This collective investment scheme has no minimum holding period, but has been created for a long-term investment.'
